“Defending the equality of Spaniards before the law, the separation of powers and avoiding the politicization of justice, elements that are damaging our rule of law,” are some of the Email Data hallmarks of the reformist association Nexo , presented this Saturday in the Carlos de Antwerp Foundation, one of the centers of debate on liberalism in our country, which has started to open a debate in the center political space at a key moment for Spanish society.

This initiative is promoted by 38 members from Ciudadanos and other associations, among which the former spokesperson for Ciudadanos and State lawyer, Edmundo Bal and Francisco Igea , stand out ; former vice president of Castilla y León. The association already has a board of directors made up of the former councilor of the Madrid City Council, Santiago Saura ; Juan Ignacio Lopez-Bas , former Ciudadanos deputy as secretary and Ana Elliot , councilor in Majadahonda from 2015 to 2023, as treasurer,



The follow-up to the Nexo presentation has been massive. The event was attended by Javier Benavente , president of the political group Futuro; former socialist minister Jose Luis Corcuera , Cristiano Brown , former president of UPYD; Jaime Seijas , co-founder of the Spanish Initiative; Alberto Reyero , former social policy advisor for Ciudadanos in the Community of Madrid, the political analyst Marc Luque and the writer Gabriela Bustelo.
